Amplifying the influence of senior insurance leaders of colour to increase racial diversity and inclusivity
OUR FOCUS
RATL is focussed on collaborating with senior leaders from across the insurance industry and will be driving the elevation of insurance professionals from minority ethnic backgrounds that are underrepresented in senior leadership and at all levels across the industry.
By having a collective approach to dialogue, sharing of perspectives and best practices at the senior level, we believe we can ultimately break down unseen barriers and enrich tangible actions to achieve racial inclusion at all levels across the industry.
OUR MISSION
RATL is an initiative bringing together senior insurance leaders of colour to create a stronger voice to influence the industry at all levels. Through the strategy below, RATL aims to influence the increased representation of Black, Asian, Mixed and other Minority Ethnic professionals at all levels of the insurance industry, a sector that welcomes, respects and benefits from cultural differences.
